The Northeast Maglev (TNEM) plans to bring innovative high-speed ground transportation technology to the U.S. and revolutionize transportation along the Northeast Corridor. Unlike other high-speed railways that are based on the conventional “steel wheel” system that has been in use for more than a century, TNEM intends to deploy Central Japan Railway Company’s (JR Central) superconducting maglev (SC Maglev), which is the fastest and most advanced system in the world.
TNEM, a U.S. company, headquartered in Washington DC is working with JR Central to bring the world’s fastest train to the Northeast Corridor. Please stop by booth #813 to learn more about this exciting breakthrough in the way Americans will travel.
