The coffee and tea break is an excellent time for meeting new business contacts and… getting them to know your company! The break-out area will be available for you to display promotional materials (banners or posters) behind the buffets and at the (high) tables. Internet café (exclusive)
Build an internet café or square on the trade exhibition floor, offering free WiFi and computer access to participants, visitors and exhibitors. Your logo is featured on the computer screens along with additional signage at the internet café. On the UIC HIGHSPEED 2012 website and upon registration all participants are informed about your internet services.
World congress registration package	$2,500 per item
Speakers, chairmen, participants and committee members will receive a world congress registration package upon onsite registration. Use the opportunity to distribute your brochures, a gift or a giveaway such as a USB-stick, pen or notepad in these packages. The information in the world congress registration package is highly valuable for the world congress.
World congress lunch (one package reserved, one package available)	$15,000 per day
Make the congress lunch an event for participants, speakers….and your organisation. The lunch area will be available for you to display promotional materials (banners or posters) behind the lunch buffets and at the tables. For example: table banners with your company logo or menu cards with the text: This lunch is offered to you by….
Advertise on Pennsylvania center banners and screens	price upon request
A large banner with your company logo will be placed in the convention center. All participants will see your company logo on a large banner in a strategic location of the convention center. Banners offer a tremendous way for you to set yourself apart and drive traffic to your booth. Price is dependent upon banner size; banners produced by Show Management.
Advertise in the trade exhibition catalogue	price upon request
All trade exhibition visitors and congress participants will receive the trade exhibition catalogue upon registration. Every exhibitor will be listed in the catalogue. The catalogue also includes world congress information, the floor plan and other relevant information on UIC HIGHSPEED 2012. Become visible to all visitors and participants by placing a full page, full colour advertisement of your company in the trade exhibition catalogue (circulation figure over 4,000 copies)!
Company logo and a promotional text in the e-newsletter	$750
Frequently an e-newsletter will be sent to the international database of almost 20,000 high-speed rail contacts. The e-newsletter contains valuable information on the world congress and trade exhibition. Your company logo and a promotion text (max. 100 words) will appear in this e-newsletter with high open rate. Only available in combination with another sponsorship item or package.
Charging station (exclusive)
Make sure all UIC HIGHSPEED 2012 participants can keep up with daily business by sponsoring the charging stations for cell phones, iPodsTM and other electronic devices. The stations will be placed in three key locations in the convention centre, with your logo featured on the front of each station.
Company banner at congress presentations website (two packages available)	$1,250
Every world congress participant will receive a link directly after the world congress to the secured website where all congress presentations can be downloaded. Make sure to feature your company here prominently, by sponsoring a skyscraper banner linking to your homepage.
Water bottles / stations (exclusive)	$8,500
Quench the thirst of world congress attendees by providing water bottles or stations. The bottles and/or cups can be customised with your company logo. Bottles will be handed out to all world congress participants upon registration, water stations will be available in the registration area and in the meeting rooms.
You are "here" floor plan (exclusive)
Throughout the trade exhibition and registration area three floor plans will be stationed providing participants a navigation for UIC HIGHSPEED 2012. Have your company logo displayed and your booth highlighted on these floor plans.
World congress bag sponsorship (exclusive)
Your company logo will be printed prominently on all congress bags. You have the opportunity to  distribute your company brochure and a gift/giveaway to all congress participants upon registration, to be included in the bag. The bags (2,000 pieces) have to be provided by the sponsor.
Exhibition bag sponsorship (exclusive)
Your company logo will be printed prominently on all Exhibition bags. You have the opportunity to  distribute your company brochure and a gift/giveaway to all Trade Exhibition visitors’ upon registration, to be included in the bag. The bags (5,000 pieces) have to be provided by the sponsor.
